Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 48 hours: A 48-hour notice is required for all highlighting, creative color, extension, and keratin appointments (or any service requiring a 4-hour time block). A credit card and/or deposit is required to book these services.
Cancellations within 24 hours: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.
No-Shows: Failure to show up for an appointment will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount, and a credit card will be required for future bookings.
Deposits: Extension appointments require a deposit to book.

Adjustments & Satisfaction

Our goal is for you to love your hair and your experience. We welcome your honest feedback. If your hair doesn’t feel just right, we offer a 10-day grace period for adjustments or corrections. However, this does not apply to a change of heart regarding color, style, or service.
