Cancellation Policy

Notification under 24 hours prior to appointment will result in a charge of 50% of services.
Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of reserved service amount and will require a credit card for future appointments.
All highlighting and creative color appointments require a credit card and/or deposit to book.
48 hour notice for Cancellation is required, as well as a credit card and or deposit to deposit to book.
Extension appointments require a deposit to book.


Our intention is for you to LOVE your hair & the experience. We always welcome your honest feedback.
In the event that your hair does not feel just right, we allow a ten day grace period for any adjustments or corrections. Unfortunately this does not apply to a "change of heart".
